10 Design Dubai is seeking a Studio Lead to head the Dubai studio, grow our presence in the UAE and wider Middle East, strengthen client relationships and oversee delivery of projects through our global network.

You will lead and mentor the local team, recruit where needed and ensure cross‑regional collaboration with London, Edinburgh, Hong Kong and the US, keeping quality, schedule and budgets on track while upholding our design‑led, commercially aware standards.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within an architectural practice.
• Strong client relationship development and management.
• Proven track record of leading multi-office teams.
