Settle is seeking a seasoned Business Architect/Associate to lead its Dubai studio, working directly with the Founder. You will blend design quality, project delivery, and commercial performance across Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape.

You may be Senior Associate, Associate Director, Design Director, Studio Director or Partner within a strong architectural practice. The role demands leadership, decisive problem solving and responsibility for scope, fees and profitability.

Qualifications

• A professional architectural background is required.
• Senior Associate, Associate Director, Design Director, Studio Director or Partner level experience is desirable.
• Experience leading a design studio and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dubai studio operations across Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape.
• Manage key client relationships and project delivery.
• Drive programmes, resources, scope, fees, variations and profitability.
• Make decisive decisions and protect delivery quality.
