Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in architectural/interior design, with focus on specified area.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering design projects.
• Strong portfolio with creative and innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and leadership for all design projects.
• Ensure alignment with dwp design philosophy, brand identity, and client requirements.
• Mentor and guide design teams; review concepts and documentation.
• Oversee design process from concept to completion; ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success.
• Lead in AI integration to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Promote design quality, industry trends, and best practices.
