Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a Senior Concept Architect to lead the conceptual design phase and translate client needs into compelling architectural concepts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• 8+ years total experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong experience in REVIT BIM and architectural project management

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design phase and translate client needs into compelling architectural concepts.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and PMs to ensure cohesive project development.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders and refine proposals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies and sustainable practices.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to their growth.
• Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.
