Qualifications

• Senior interior designer with luxury hospitality experience.
• Proven leadership, communication and client-management skills.
• Experience on Middle Eastern and international luxury projects desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of designers across the design process.
• Drive design quality and maintain a strong creative vision.
• Collaborate with clients, operators, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Present concepts and develop client relationships.
• Oversee design development and coordinate with project teams.
• Contribute creatively to luxury hotel, resort and branded residential projects.
• Manage multiple priorities while upholding design standards.
• Represent the studio confidently with clients and external partners.
