Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a Director to lead its architectural studios in Dubai, driving daily operations with a focus on creativity, efficiency, and excellence. The role includes mentoring teams, ensuring high-quality design, and aligning projects with company strategy and industry trends.

You will oversee design processes, client engagement, and project delivery while managing budgets and resources to meet KPIs and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience.
• Professional degree (Masters or Bachelors) in Architecture from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural studios daily operations ensuring seamless workflow across projects.
• Mentor and develop staff fostering creativity, innovation and excellence.
• Oversee design quality, codes compliance, and sustainable practices across projects.
• Manage project delivery timelines, budgets, and coordination with PM and other departments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities and present design progress.
• Develop strategic plans for growth, profitability, and market positioning.
• Oversee recruitment, training and professional development of studio staff.
• Represent the firm at industry events and promote studio work.
