Job summary

Alkady Cars FZE in Dubai is seeking an experienced Social Media Leads & Customer Support Executive to respond to enquiries from social media campaigns, qualify leads, and transfer sales-ready prospects to the Sales Team. The role requires fluent Arabic and English, multi-channel communication, and meticulous record-keeping.

You will manage inquiries from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and website forms, coordinate with the Sales Team, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

Minimum four years of experience in customer service, lead qualification, telesales, call centre operations, inside sales, or social media enquiries.
Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication, customer-handling, and follow-up skills.
Proven ability to identify serious customers and qualify leads accurately.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to leads received through social media and other digital channels.
Communicate with customers in both Arabic and English.
Understand customer requirements, budget, location, product, timeline, and interest level.
Qualify serious potential customers before transferring them to the Sales Team.
