Resume Campus (Client) seeks a proactive Appointment Setter to leverage LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook for researching and generating leads from Abu Dhabi. You will initiate contact, qualify prospects, and schedule phone appointments for the sales team.

The ideal candidate will excel in written and spoken English, be comfortable on calls, and manage CRM records with discipline. Arabic is a plus, and independence is valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or social media outreach.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook to research and generate new leads.
• Initiate contact with prospects through direct messaging and thoughtful engagement.
• Qualify potential clients and build initial relationships online.
• Transition leads into scheduled phone appointments through clear and persuasive communication.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads as needed to maintain interest and move them down the funnel.
