Alkady Cars FZE in Dubai seeks a meticulous Vehicle Listings & Data Entry Specialist to publish ads across Dubizzle, YallaMotor, Facebook Marketplace, and the company site. You will ensure accurate make/model, year, price, and stock, write clear English titles and descriptions, edit images, and keep listings consistent and up to date.

The role requires strong English, attention to detail, basic image editing, and ability to meet daily deadlines while coordinating with teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with online listings and e-commerce uploads.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in the UAE and available for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish accurate vehicle advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Enter complete vehicle details: make, model, year, trim, mileage, color, fuel, transmission, price, stock status.
• Write clear, professional, English titles and descriptions.
• Select and arrange best images, resize and optimize them per platform rules.
• Maintain consistency of vehicle information across all platforms.
• Renew or update listings and remove sold vehicles promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on ads published, updated, or sold.
• Protect account credentials and keep internal information confidential.

Alkady Cars FZE is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Vehicle Listings & Data Entry Specialist to manage and publish vehicle advertisements across multiple online platforms.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, publishing, reviewing, and updating vehicle listings across Dubizzle, YallaMotor, Facebook, the company website, and other digital platforms. This position requires excellent English, strong attention to detail, basic image-editing skills, and practical experience managing online listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish accurate vehicle advertisements across Dubizzle, YallaMotor, Facebook, the company website, and other approved platforms.
• Enter complete vehicle information, including make, model, year, trim, specifications, mileage, colour, fuel type, transmission, price, and stock status.
• Write clear, professional, and search-friendly advertisement titles and descriptions in English.
• Select and arrange the best vehicle images in the correct order for each advertisement.
• Resize, crop, compress, rename, and prepare images according to each platform’s requirements.
• Apply approved company branding or watermarks when required.
• Review all information, prices, specifications, and photographs before publishing.
• Ensure that the same vehicle information is consistent across all platforms.
• Update prices, availability, specifications, and advertisement content when instructed.
• Remove or mark vehicles as sold immediately after receiving confirmation.
• Renew or republish expired advertisements and monitor their approval status.
• Identify rejected, duplicated, incomplete, or incorrectly categorised listings and resolve the issue.
• Avoid duplicate advertisements and incorrect vehicle information.
• Maintain an organised digital archive of vehicle photographs and documents.
• Maintain accurate stock and advertisement tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with the photographer, Marketing Team, Sales Team, and management to obtain missing information.
• Monitor advertisement expiry dates, platform credits, and publishing limits.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports showing: New advertisements published. Advertisements updated or renewed. Rejected or pending advertisements. Sold vehicles removed. Missing photographs or vehicle information. Differences between the stock list, website, and advertising platforms.
• Protect company account credentials and maintain strict confidentiality of internal information.
• Do not publish prices, specifications, or promotional claims without proper approval.

Requirements

• Proven practical experience in online listings, classified advertisements, website content entry, e-commerce product uploads, or a similar role.
• Previous hands-on experience with Dubizzle, YallaMotor, Facebook Marketplace, website content-management systems, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and reading English is mandatory.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify incorrect or missing information.
• Fast and accurate computer and data-entry skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Basic experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other image-editing tools.
• Ability to resize and optimise photographs without reducing their visual quality.
• Ability to write professional English titles and descriptions.
• Good understanding of online search keywords and advertisement categories.
• Ability to manage multiple listings and meet daily deadlines.
• Responsible, organised, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
