Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to leads received through social media and other channels.
• Communicate with customers in both Arabic and English.
• Understand customer requirements including budget, location, product, and timeline.
• Identify and qualify serious potential customers before transferring to the Sales Team.
• Follow up with non-responsive leads and maintain lead records in the CRM.
• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate salesperson and monitor progress.
