Qualifications

• Experience in managing and growing brand accounts in UAE/GCC.
• 4–6 years in a Digital or Social Media Agency.
• Strong Arabic and English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional/local client accounts with a social media–driven strategy.
• Develop and present social media strategies, content plans, and campaign ideas.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Oversee content calendars, campaign rollouts, and platform-specific executions.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns.
• Stay updated on social trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling digital services.
