Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in construction management roles, rail design and consultancy.
• Experience in risk management, contracts administration, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil works construction on site from inception to completion.
• Ensure progress aligns with contractor schedules and approvals.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and permits per UAE laws and project requirements.
• Lead site inspections, testing and commissioning per project management processes.
• Produce internal/external reports on project status for management and client.
• Manage risk, claims and contract-related issues throughout construction.
