Job summary

Unique Properties in Dubai is expanding its Secondary Sales Division and seeking ambitious, experienced Secondary Property Consultants who understand Dubai's resale market, know how to build strong client relationships, and have a proven ability to close deals.

You will build relationships with buyers and sellers, generate listings, conduct valuations and viewings, and strive to consistently achieve sales targets in a high-performance environment with strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Dubai secondary real estate experience.
• Proven resale transaction track record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing, and market trends.
• Experience generating listings and managing buyer/seller relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential resale transactions from listing to transfer.
• Generate listings through prospecting and landlord relations.
• Conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.
