Gems Education UAE is looking for a School Operations and Business Manager to oversee operational, administrative, and facilities management functions in Dubai. Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience in a senior operational or management role within a service-oriented organization.
• Strong understanding of facilities operations, administrative management, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development, maintenance, safety, and security of school buildings, facilities, and grounds.
• Ensure the school site remains operational, safe, and accessible for staff, students, and visitors.
• Oversee administrative and support services across the school to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support recruitment and deployment of administrative and support staff in coordination with school leadership.
• Provide strategic advice to the Principal and leadership team on operational, financial, and business matters.
• Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and business processes for the school.
