Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in civil infrastructure design, transportation projects, roads, utilities, drainage, or RTA-related works.
• Strong knowledge of local authority procedures, standards, regulations, and approval requirements in the UAE.
• Practical experience with RTA design processes, Dubai Municipality coordination, DEWA interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development for RTA infrastructure projects covering roads, interchanges, utilities, drainage, and structures.
• Ensure design packages comply with RTA manuals, Dubai Municipality requirements, and applicable international codes.
• Coordinate design input across various disciplines and manage interfaces between roadworks and existing infrastructure.
