Job summary

Parsons is hiring a UAE National Project Coordinator in Dubai, UAE to support planning, coordination, reporting, and administration of roads and infrastructure projects. The role collaborates with the Project Manager, project controls, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to maintain schedules, deliverables, and communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in design delivery or construction of roads and infrastructure projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with other engineering-related software tools.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for infrastructure planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities with the management team.
• Support day-to-day project management activities in line with objectives, schedules and quality requirements.
• Maintain and monitor project coordination plans, schedules, working hours, and related records.
• Organize project and team meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
• Manage project communications to support timely information flow between stakeholders.
• Coordinate project deliverables and monitor against contractual and technical requirements.
• Support implementation and monitoring of project quality management processes.
• Prepare progress reports and dashboards and assist with reports.
