Position Overview
Parsons is hiring a UAE National Project Coordinator in Dubai, UAE to support the planning, coordination, reporting, and administration of roads and infrastructure projects.
The role works closely with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, project controls, procurement teams, technical disciplines, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to keep project activities, deliverables, schedules, and communications properly coordinated. The Project Coordinator will maintain project plans and schedules, organize meetings, prepare reports and dashboards, support procurement and proposal activities, and assist with project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle. This opportunity is specifically identified for UAE National candidates.

What You 'll Be Doing
- Coordinate daily project activities with the management team.
- Support day-to-day project management activities in line with project objectives, schedules, and quality requirements.
- Maintain and monitor project coordination plans, schedules, working hours, and related records.
- Organize project and team meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Manage project communications to support accurate and timely information flow between stakeholders.
- Coordinate project deliverables and monitor submissions against contractual and technical requirements.
- Support implementation and monitoring of project quality management processes.
- Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, budget tracking information, and other regular project reports.
- Develop project dashboards and coordinate with project controls on financial reporting.
- Maintain the established project data distribution system and schedules according to client, project, and supplier requirements.
- Coordinate between disciplines, circulate project updates, and compile documentation received from different departments.
Project Controls and Scheduling
The Project Coordinator will support schedule development and updates while working with project controls and management teams to maintain visibility of progress, risks, deliverables, and financial information. The role also involves supporting stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle and helping project team members maintain effective coordination, accountability, and communication.
Procurement and Commercial Support
- Prepare requests for quotation and support tender analysis.
- Coordinate with the procurement department from tender stage through award.
- Liaise with subcontractors on behalf of the Assistant Project Manager.
- Draft project correspondence for Project Manager review.
- Attend meetings with the Project Manager and clients.
- Assist the Project Manager with preparation of claims.
Project Planning and Proposals
- Support development of the Project Execution Plan.
- Assist with preparation of the Health and Safety Plan and Quality Assurance-Quality Control Plan.
- Support preparation of other project documents under the direction of the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager.
- Contribute to proposal activities.
- Coordinate with relevant disciplines to develop technical proposals and level-of-effort information under management supervision.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
What Required Skills You 'll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in design delivery or construction of roads and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with other engineering-related software tools.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to different stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices applicable to infrastructure planning and execution.
