Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Project Coordination Engineer to join its infrastructure team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on coordinating infrastructure design activities and guiding projects through development stages, connecting multidisciplinary design teams, clients, and statutory authorities while monitoring deliverables, schedules, budgets, regulatory compliance, and quality.

3-5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure design or project coordination.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
Master's degree is preferred.
Experience managing design projects from concept through completion.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate infrastructure design activities across multiple engineering teams and disciplines.
Follow development of infrastructure projects and maintain coordination between teams.
Monitor design deliverables against project objectives, schedules, and budgets.
Serve as coordination point between design teams, clients, and authorities.
Prepare progress reports and presentations for management and the Client.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including design plans and compliance records.
Monitor design compliance with regulatory requirements.
Keep informed of changes to infrastructure design standards and codes.
