Job summary

PUMA Group MEA in Dubai is seeking a Retail Stock Controller to oversee stock movements, transfers, and inventory data for a designated Puma retail store. You will investigate shortages or discrepancies and coordinate with the warehouse and couriers to resolve issues, ensuring accurate inventory records.

The role requires strong stock-control experience, excellent planning, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the Area Manager and store team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stock movements within the designated PUMA retail store.
• Address and resolve discrepancies reported by the store team.
• Investigate stock shortages or over-deliveries; coordinate with warehouse and couriers to resolve issues.
• Maintain weekly stock movement reports with the store team.
• Ensure ASN vouchers are processed correctly; work with IT and Area Manager to resolve issues.
• Manage manual stock movements within the store.
• Perform daily manual stock adjustments and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure systems align and customer transactions are recorded accurately.
• Assist in uploading stock takes and maintaining inventory records.
• Build and maintain relationships with the store team and Area Manager.
• Ensure regular cycle counts are conducted and actioned at store level.
• Additional tasks may be assigned as required.
