Responsibilities

• Ensure sales and profitability goals are met or exceeded.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience in line with Brand Values and service standards.
• Process transactions and discounts at the cash desk per policy.
• Assist Store Manager in training, development and performance appraisals.
• Analyse customer profiles and buying trends to drive business with the Store Manager.
• Manage inventory, shrink goals, and loss prevention while ensuring operational compliance.
• Support Marketing-driven initiatives and events.
