Job summary

Client of AIQU is seeking a Program Manager for Real Estate Transformation based in Dubai to lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives, ensure business alignment, and maintain local regulatory compliance in the Dubai market.

Oversee end-to-end program delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, facilities, finance) and vendors; drive ERP and property management integrations; manage budgets and risks; report governance updates to executives to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the real estate transformation program roadmap and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, finance, and external vendors
• Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of ERP systems for property management
• Oversee configuration and deployment of property management platforms
• Manage program budgets, schedules, risks, and resource allocation
• Engage stakeholders at executive and operational levels, providing regular status updates and governance reports
• Drive change management, user training, and adoption strategies
• Monitor program KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
• Facilitate issue resolution and decision making to keep the program on track
