Job summary

Client of AIQU in Dubai seeks a Program Manager for Real Estate Transformation to lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives, oversee end-to-end program delivery, and ensure alignment with business objectives and local regulations.

You will coordinate IT, facilities, finance, and vendors; lead ERP integrations for property management; manage budgets, schedules, risks; drive change management and stakeholder governance; ensure Dubai real estate compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the real estate transformation program roadmap and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, finance, and external vendors
• Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of ERP systems for property management
• Oversee configuration and deployment of property management platforms
• Manage program budgets, schedules, risks, and resource allocation
• Engage stakeholders at executive and operational levels, providing regular status updates and governance reports
• Drive change management, user training, and adoption strategies
• Monitor program KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
• Facilitate issue resolution and decision making to keep the program on track
