Job summary

Client of AIQU in Dubai seeks a Program Manager for Real Estate Transformation to lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local regulatory requirements.

The role oversees end-to-end program delivery, ERP and property management implementations, budgets, schedules, governance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery of Dubai real estate programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the real estate transformation program roadmap and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, finance and external vendors
• Lead ERP systems selection, implementation and integration for property management
• Oversee configuration and deployment of property management platforms
• Manage program budgets, schedules, risks and resource allocation
• Engage stakeholders at executive and operational levels with status updates and governance reports
• Drive change management and adoption strategies
• Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws, regulations and best practices
• Facilitate issue resolution and decision making to keep the program on track
