Majestic Skyline Real Estate L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking driven business development professionals to generate new leads and manage end-to-end real estate transactions.

You will build strong relationships with buyers, investors, property owners, landlords and tenants, conduct property viewings, and negotiate to close deals. The role covers off-plan, primary, secondary sales, and rental properties as part of a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, property owners, landlords and tenants.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and owner visits; stay on top of follow-ups.
• Negotiate with clients and owners to close deals; manage sales/leasing process from enquiry to closing.
• Work across off-plan, primary sales, secondary/resale properties, and rentals; stay informed on Dubai market.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network within Dubai's real estate market.
• Aim to achieve individual and company targets.
