Job summary

Rainbow Properties LLC Dubai is seeking a Telesales Representative to join our on-site team in Dubai. You will handle outbound and inbound calls to identify client needs, present suitable property options, and promote Rainbow Properties’ services.

Daily tasks include qualifying leads, explaining property features, scheduling viewings, and following up with clients. You will maintain CRM records, aim to meet sales targets, and stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and professional writing for calls and messages.
• Customer service mindset with focus on client satisfaction.
• Sales ability to pursue leads and hit targets in real estate.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and apply coaching feedback.
• Prior telesales, call center, or real estate sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages in Dubai are a plus.
