Discovery Land Company in Dubai seeks a meticulous Sales Administrator to support private community and golf club operations. You will handle contracts, CRM, data integrity, scheduling, and reporting to drive sales effectiveness.

You will work with the sales team to ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, ESCROW and EJARI processes and provide outstanding customer service to prospective buyers and members in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales support or administrative roles.
• Real estate experience in the Middle East is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with RERA, DLD, ESCROW, EJARI processes.

Responsibilities

• Sales support: prepare contracts, process orders, maintain sales records.
• Customer service: answer inquiries for buyers and members.
• Database management: maintain CRM and data accuracy.
