Job summary

Mira Construction in Dubai's JVC invites an experienced Real Estate Administrator to support management and the sales team. The role requires hands-on Dubai real estate administration experience and strong knowledge of DLD systems and RERA compliance.

You will manage listings, permits, documents, and CRM entries, coordinate with agents and authorities, and keep Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle portals up to date while ensuring AML procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Dubai real estate administration experience.
• Experience with a Dubai real estate brokerage is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DLD, Trakheesi, NADM and RERA compliance.
• Proficient in real estate CRM systems and major portals.

Responsibilities

• Support management and sales teams with daily admin duties.
• Manage listings, permits, documents, and CRM data accurately.
• Coordinate AML procedures and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update property listings on Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Liaise with agents, developers and authorities as needed.
• Ensure records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
