Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales professional in real estate.
• Strong experience in property sales, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Experience leading and managing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of sales objectives.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, train, and manage the real estate sales team.
• Monitor performance to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with buyers and investors.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high service levels.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and meetings with clients.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
• Develop relationships with brokers, agencies, developers, and partners.
• Support marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Handle negotiations and ensure contracts and documents are completed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
