Job summary

Coxvi Technologies in Dubai seeks a senior Real Estate Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, own the full sales cycle, and lead a high-performing team across investor relations, developers, and brokers. You will develop sales strategies, mentor staff, engage with clients on property visits, presentations, and negotiations, and monitor market trends to seize opportunities.

The role requires a strong network in Dubai's real estate ecosystem, independence, and a proven track record in closing

Qualifications

Extensive real estate sales experience, Dubai/UAE market preferred.
Senior sales leadership or management background.
Deep understanding of Dubai real estate market and ecosystem.
Proven ability to independently drive business and close high-value transactions.
Experience mentoring sales teams.
Strong investor/HNI network advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
Target-driven, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded.
Field-based role with client meetings and property visits.
Dubai-based or UAE-experienced candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the real estate sales function to hit revenue targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Dubai market.
Drive new business, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Mentor and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
Build relationships with investors, HNI/UHNI clients, developers, brokers, and partners.
Own full sales cycle from lead gen to closure.
Conduct client meetings, property visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Monitor market trends, pricing, inventory and opportunities.
Report to senior management on plans, forecasts and growth.
Represent the organization at events and client meetings.
