Job summary

HMJ Equity is a British-established boutique real estate brokerage based in Dubai, seeking ambitious overseas candidates willing to relocate and build a successful career in Dubai’s fast-growing property market.

As a Property Consultant you will build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors, source and close leasing and secondary sales, conduct viewings, and develop deep market knowledge across Dubai communities.

Qualifications

• Overseas candidates willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Proven track record in sales or client-facing roles.
• Full valid driving license.
• Willingness to obtain RERA license with company support.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Source and close property transactions across Leasing and Secondary Sales.
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
• Develop strong market knowledge across Dubai communities and developments.
• Negotiate offers and manage deals from enquiry through to closing.
• Build your personal brand within the Dubai real estate industry.
• Generate business through networking, outbound prospecting, and company support.
