Job summary

Asico Real Estate Llc. is seeking a proactive real estate leasing consultant to manage company PM and secondary market properties in Dubai.

You will handle company-provided leads, conduct showings, negotiate terms, and close leasing and sales transactions while maintaining high occupancy with strong administrative support. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in real estate leasing, knowledge of Dubai's market, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in real estate leasing.
• Experience in PM properties and/or secondary market preferred.

• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease company-managed PM and secondary market properties.

• Ensure accurate leasing documentation and reporting.
• Maintain CRM with leads and deals progress.
• Provide daily updates to management.
