Job summary

IFZA Dubai is seeking an Associate Director to support the growth of its expanding real estate practice in Dubai. You will own a defined function, lead a team of brokers, and drive revenue through market insight, strategy, and proactive client engagement.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coach brokers, manage the pipeline with a CRM, and collaborate with other Associate Directors to align on strategy, pricing, and market presence while maintaining strict AML compliance and Dubai

Qualifications

• 4–6 years UAE real estate experience.
• Proven track record in sales and mentoring brokers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined real estate function (e.g. off-plan/secondary) and drive strategy and revenue.
• Lead a Dubai-based broker team with market presence and deal flow.
• Develop business through network, partnerships, and client management.
• Ensure disciplined use of CRM for pipeline, forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with General Manager and other Directors on strategy and growth.
• Maintain brand standards and AML/compliance across activities.
