Job summary

IFZA Dubai seeks an Associate Director to lead a high-performing real estate brokerage function for Sable & Co in Dubai. The role focuses on building market share, coaching brokers, and driving revenue while maintaining client excellence.

You will manage a team within a defined segment, execute growth strategies, and ensure disciplined use of CRM and reporting tools to optimize pipeline and performance. Strong negotiation and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years UAE real estate experience.
• Proven track record in sales performance and mentoring brokers.
• Strong commercial mindset with revenue focus.
• Ability to build relationships through personal networks.
• Confident communicator with negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience with real estate CRMs and digital sales tools.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and AML compliance.
• UAE driving license required.
• Fluent in English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined business function and drive strategy, pipeline, and revenue.
• Lead and develop a team of brokers within a Dubai market segment.
• Maintain personal sales performance and lead from the front in deal-making.
• Collaborate with GM and other Directors to align strategy and growth.
• Ensure brand standards, AML compliance, and professional output across the team.
