MILELE MOTORS FZE seeks a seasoned Chief Development Officer to lead our real estate development portfolio in Dubai. You will shape growth strategy, oversee land acquisitions, and drive delivery from concept to completion across major projects.

Responsibilities include securing financing, managing budgets, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring regulatory compliance while mentoring a high-performing team in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 15 years UAE real estate development experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects (AED 500M+) from land purchase to delivery.
• Strong connections with Dubai authorities (DLD, RERA, Dubai Municipality).
• Deep knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, players, and market trends.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Expertise in financial modeling budgeting and project financing.
• Strong negotiation skills with a history of successful deals.
• Experience scaling portfolios from 1 to 10 projects.
• Established relationships with contractors, consultants, government officials, and lenders.
