Job summary

Nestium in Dubai is seeking a Dubai-based writer and field researcher to translate on-ground city changes into engaging content for our audience. You will produce weekly digests for LinkedIn and maintain an openings and pipeline tracker, focusing on real estate, retail, and urban development topics.

Youll craft a monthly location spotlight, flag market signals to our analyst team, and occasionally conduct in-person site checks for client reports.

Qualifications

• You live in Dubai and know it well.
• You write fluently in English (Arabic a plus).
• You're curious about real estate, retail or urban development.
• You're organized and reliable with recurring, structured work.

Responsibilities

• Publish a weekly Dubai digest on LinkedIn: what opened, closed or broke ground this week (in English, Arabic a plus).
• Keep openings & pipeline tracker up to date: new stores, restaurants, malls, offices and residential schemes, plus closures.
• Write a monthly location spotlight on a street, district or retail park: anchors, footfall, what's changing nearby.
• Flag market signals to analysts: planning decisions, new infrastructure, major deals.
• Occasionally check locations in person (photos, access, visibility) for client reports.
• Workload: roughly 2-3 posts per week, 1 article per month, plus ongoing tracker updates.
