Parsons in Dubai is seeking an experienced HSE and Safety Inspector for night-shift rail construction projects. You will implement HSE policies, monitor site safety, and coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards on infrastructure, tunnelling, or metro works.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years of health and safety experience, UAE certifications (OSHA/NEBOSH/IOSH), and a valid UAE driving license. Night shifts and weekend work are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or three-year diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of health and safety experience.
• Recognised UAE safety certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH or IOSH.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality Codes of Practice.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Good understanding of HSE management and safety inspection procedures.
• Ability to review hazard analyses, risk assessments, and job safety plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work night shifts and weekends.

• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures on construction activities.
• Evaluate contractor HSE performance against project safety objectives.

• Conduct regular HSE site inspections and visits to identify hazards and non-compliances.

• Lead monthly safety meetings and distribute meeting minutes.
• Oversee night-shift safety coverage and permit-to-work systems.
