Job summary

PrypcO seeks a Senior Portfolio Acquisition Manager to drive growth in its Property Management business in Dubai. You will own the end-to-end acquisition lifecycle, leveraging a deep local network to close high-value PM mandates with landlords, developers and family offices.

You will build a scalable acquisition strategy, craft compelling proposals and negotiate terms to secure 500+ unit portfolios, while collaborating with PM teams to onboard and integrate new accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Dubai real estate, ideally in property management acquisition or related BD roles.
• Established network of building owners, landlords, investors, developers, family offices in Dubai.
• Proven track record of winning sizable portfolios or large mandates.
• Strong access to decision makers capable of awarding large management agreements.
• Experience with portfolios of 500+ units is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of Dubai PM and rental market, including regulations and landlord requirements.
• Exceptional commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.
• hunter mentality, ownership and accountability to move quickly in growth mode.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new buildings, portfolios and large scale PM mandates across Dubai.
• Leverage existing network to create opportunities with landlords, investors and developers.
• Build relationships with senior decision makers and position PRYPCO as a trusted PM partner.
• Proactively source opportunities, not relying on inbound leads.
• Own acquisition lifecycle from prospecting to pitching, negotiating and handover.
• Develop compelling commercial proposals and present PRYPCO's PM offering.
• Negotiate terms and close high value management agreements.
• Collaborate with PM and wider teams to onboard portfolios smoothly.
• Maintain a high quality acquisition pipeline with visibility on units and value.
• Identify strategic opportunities to grow PRYPCO's presence in Dubai communities.
