• Previous UAE/Dubai real estate experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and manage client interactions through Bitrix24 CRM
• Qualify clients based on budget, requirements, location preferences, and investment objectives
• Present and promote off-plan and secondary market properties across Dubai
• Conduct professional client meetings, property viewings, and project presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
• Guide clients through the complete transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, new project launches, pricing trends, and investment opportunities
• Attend company training sessions, developer briefings, roadshows, and sales meetings
• Represent Ray White International professionally and maintain high standards of integrity, service, and client care
