Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus)
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize viewings
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
• Negotiate terms of rental agreements and sales contracts
• Prepare and review documentation for accuracy and legal compliance
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals
