Qualifications

• Proven real estate sales experience in UAE preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and social media.
• Real estate certification advantageous.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.
• UAE driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultation and service.
• Manage property viewings, client communications, and inquiries.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
