fäm Properties in Dubai is seeking a proactive Property Consultant to guide clients through buying, selling, leasing or investing in Dubai real estate. You will meet clients, analyze market trends, match them with suitable properties and manage listings end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles required or preferred.
• UAE driving license and access to a car is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive and performance-driven with targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide data-driven advice.
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize viewings.
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties.
• Negotiate terms of rental agreements and sales contracts for clients.
• Prepare, review and ensure accuracy and legality of required documentation.
• Facilitate signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
