Job summary

Enclave Real Estate is seeking a Property Advisor in Dubai to guide investors, negotiate and close deals, and manage client portfolios from enquiry to after-sales. The role is commission-only with uncapped earning potential and full marketing support.

Expect 50-60% commission at start, daily international leads, visa and health insurance coverage, and clear career progression within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property sales or luxury sales.
• Proven track record of AED 20M+ in total sales over the last 12 months.
• Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills.
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Fluent English plus one or more additional languages (e.g. Russian, Portuguese, Polish, German, Dutch).
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Guide international and local investors to the right properties and negotiate deals.
• Close transactions and share market insights with clients.
• Manage client property portfolios from first enquiry through after-sales.
