Job summary
Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specialising in residential and commercial property across Dubai’s off-plan and secondary markets. We are looking for a results-driven Property Advisor with UAE real estate experience, strong knowledge of the Dubai market and a demonstrable ability to convert leads into clients and transactions.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience; luxury sales candidates considered with a strong track record.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including communities, pricing and current trends.
- Experience in off-plan or secondary market transactions.
- Demonstrated sales performance and ability to convert leads into clients.
- Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
