Job summary

Enclave Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a Property Advisor to guide investors to the right properties, negotiate deals and manage client portfolios from first enquiry to after-sales.

This is a commission-only position with no fixed salary, offering strong earning potential and full marketing support. A valid UAE driving license is required, and fluency in English with additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales.
• AED 40M+ in total sales over the last 12 months.
• Fluent English plus additional languages preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Guide international and local investors to the right properties and close deals.
• Share market insights and manage client property portfolios from enquiry through after-sales.
• Negotiate terms and secure successful transactions.

The Role

As a Property Advisor, you will guide international and local investors to the right properties, negotiate and close deals, share market insights, and manage client property portfolios from first enquiry through to after-sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales
• Proven track record of AED 40M+ in total sales over the last 12 months
• Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Fluent English plus one or more additional languages (e.g. Russian, Portuguese, Polish, German, Dutch)
• Valid UAE driving license
