The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction/PM or related field, with a track record in project planning, scheduling, and reporting. Relocation to Dubai is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Roles typically require hands-on project planning/control experience with reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Postgraduate qualification or certifications in project management or cost-control are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, control plans, and progress-monitoring systems.
• Monitor project performance against approved schedules, budgets, milestones, and baselines.
• Analyze schedule and cost variances and identify risks, delays, and corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic project-control reports, dashboards, forecasts, and management updates.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and construction teams for progress information.
• Support cost-control activities including commitments, forecasts, trends, and variance analysis.
• Maintain project-control data and ensure reporting information is accurate and timely.
• Support management with project-performance analysis and data-driven recommendations.
