Qualifications

• Typical: 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or related project-support roles.
• Experience supporting structured, deadline-driven projects is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related discipline.
• Relevant project coordination or scheduling certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, documentation, and day-to-day execution requirements.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding action items.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, schedules, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress monitoring.
• Prepare periodic project status reports and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify schedule or coordination issues and elevate them to the appropriate project personnel.
• Support meetings by preparing agendas, maintaining minutes, and following up on agreed action items.
