Dr Joy Dental Clinic in Dubai is seeking a skilled PRO to handle government-related affairs onsite at our Jumeirah Lakes Towers office. You will liaise with governmental entities, process visas, employee documentation, and licensing tasks.

The role requires strong English and Arabic, familiarity with online registration portals, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. You will support compliance and coordinate license renewals for smooth operations.

Formación

• Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE with strong knowledge of local governmental and labor procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with online company and employee registration portals.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate all government-related work, including visa processing, employee documentation, and labor card submissions.
• Coordinate renewals and cancellations of company licenses and commercial registrations.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of official documentation to the relevant governmental authorities.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all governmental transactions and company documents.
• Advise management and employees on compliance with governmental regulations and requirements.
