Job summary

Flynn & Chase, a Dubai-based private equity fund, is hiring an Associate for its investment team. You will own deal processes from initial screening to exit, engaging with senior management and the investment committee. Expect a lean team where you influence the entire deal lifecycle.

The role requires strong financial modelling, valuation skills, and a track record of closed deals. GCC experience is a plus; Arabic helps but is not required. Based in the UAE or ready to relocate to Dubai.

Qualifications

• Strong modelling and valuation skills.
• Clear writing and ability to present to senior people.
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Arabic a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess opportunities in private equity, real estate and private credit.
• Build and run financial models, valuations and returns analysis.
• Lead due diligence with advisers (legal, financial, technical).
• Write investment memos and present to the investment committee.
• Help structure deals in a Shariah-compliant way and negotiate terms.
• Work with portfolio companies and support exits.
