Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or related financial services role is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Investment Analysis and Due Diligence: conduct market research and financial analysis to evaluate opportunities.
- Deal Execution: assist in structuring and negotiating terms for investments and exits.
- Reporting and Compliance: prepare quarterly and annual reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Market Research: stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape for investment insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: liaise with management teams, external consultants, and investment partners.
