Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience managing restaurants or similar establishments
• Proven track record of managing staff effectively
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Hire, train and manage staff
• Develop and implement menus in line with budgetary guidelines
• Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure the availability of ingredients for menu items
• Develop strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
• Ensure adherence to all safety standards
• Establish relationships with vendors to secure best prices on supplies
• Manage financials including budgeting, forecasting, reporting etc.
